Flagship Publications by EUEI PDF include comprehensive energy manuals and guides, such as the Productive Use of Electricity (PRODUSE) and the Biomass Energy Strategy (BEST) Guide, based on our experience in partner countries and regions.
Energy Policy and Strategy publications by EUEI PDF comprise country studies, regional studies and thematic studies. Country studies and regional studies include action plans, policy support and strategies for energy development in Africa, Southeast Asia Latin America and the Pacific; thematic studies explore key energy issues such as rural electrification, productive use of electricity and biomass energy.
EUEI PDF acts as the secretariat of the AEEP, a long-term framework for strategic dialogue between Africa and the EU aimed at sharing knowledge, setting political priorities and developing joint programmes on key energy issues. This download section includes AEEP informational material such as the AEEP communication paper and the Renewable Energy Cooperation Programme (RECP) fact file and 2020 strategy.
