Development of a National Energy Policy Implementation Strategy

The Ministry of Natural Resources and Energy (MoNRE) of Swasiland has requested assistance from PDF for developing a National Energy Policy Implementation Strategy. The project aims at developing a strategy for implementing the National Energy Policy focussing on increased access to clean, affordable and reliable energy services and strengthening the role of better access in the PRSP. Priority actions from the energy chapter of the PRSP will be derived and priority projects will be identified. The project is implemented by the consulting firm ESD Africa with support from the local NGO REASWA.
