Household Energy Access Strategy

Following a request from the Department of Energy within the Ministry of Natural Resources, PDF selected a consortium lead by the South African consultancy firm PDC to assist in the participative development of an Energy Access Strategy for Lesotho. The strategy will focus on the delivery of modern energy services for low-income groups in rural and peri-urban areas and is closely linked to the BEST initiative (see thematic projects).
